I don’t believe you need another strategy to become someone else.
You need the space, tools, and support to remember who you were before burnout, before survival, and before everyone else’s expectations.
Through The Resonance Method™, I help
high-achieving women reconnect with themselves so they can lead, live, and be seen with confidence again.

I tried to solve it the way I solved everything. With strategic planning. More effort. More adapting. More becoming whoever the moment needed me to be.
None of it worked, because the problem was never that I needed a new plan or to become someone new.
It was that I had stopped recognizing the woman I was.
I had drifted so far from myself that I second-guessed every decision I made. I lived in fear and anxiety that I would make the wrong choice. I couldn't celebrate my wins, enjoy my kids, or feel fully relaxed with family and friends.
That was when I knew something had to change. But nothing in my life changed until my relationship with myself did.
I did not need a new identity. I needed to stop abandoning the one I already had.
So I went into the deeper work. Not surface mindset work. Not motivation. Not positive thinking. Not love and light.
I went into the subconscious patterns underneath my behaviour. The nervous-system responses driving overwhelm and control. The identity loops shaping my decisions. The signals I had taught myself to ignore.
And I learned the thing that changed everything: you cannot think your way out of override. You have to rebuild your relationship with yourself.
In the parts I could not think or work my way through, I held on to something steadier than me — trust in myself, and in a higher power. Allah had me, even when I could not yet see where any of it would lead.
Slowly, things began to change. My decisions became clearer. My internal noise softened. My relationships steadied too — better boundaries, better communication, more presence. With my kids. With my work. And most of all, with myself.
Life started to feel like it belonged to me again. Not perfectly. Honestly.
Youngest of six sisters. I grew up surrounded by women who were strong, ambitious, and unafraid to take up space, and that shaped what I believed a woman could build.
I trained as a textile designer. In 2005 I launched my own design house and held my first exhibition in London, while raising a growing family. I collaborated with designers across the UK, Australia, and the United States. I loved the work. I was good at it.
Then in 2014 I moved my family to Canada. It meant a better future, and it meant starting again from nothing. New country. No network. No reputation to stand on. I had to rebuild not just a business, but a sense of who I was without any of the things that used to define me.
That was the first time I truly understood what it costs to keep performing strength while quietly losing contact with yourself.
Today I see this same pattern everywhere.
In high-achieving women who have built real success, carry significant responsibility, and function at a high level. And who, underneath it, feel disconnected from their own voice, unsure of what they actually want, and exhausted by a constant inner pressure. Successful, and not fully present in their own lives.
Not because they are broken. Because override is now their operating system. And what works to build success does not always work to keep you connected to yourself.
My work sits at the intersection of inner change and outer clarity.
The Resonance Method™ is an integrative approach. Depending on where you are in your journey, we weave together NLP, subconscious reprogramming, nervous-system regulation, emotional grounding, identity work, intuitive reconnection, and aligned brand strategy.
When your inner world comes into resonance, your outer world naturally begins to reflect it.
I am also a brand strategist and fractional CMO. I have worked with founders to take ideas from early visibility to category leadership — including a number one Amazon bestseller, health and wellness brands, and clinical-stage biotech.
I understand both sides of this work: the inner change, and the outer expression of it. That combination is intentional. This work is grounded and applied. Not abstract. Not performative. Not theoretical.
I don't believe you are broken. I have never met a woman who was.
I believe you have been overriding yourself for so long that you have lost reliable contact with your own knowing. And I believe that contact can be restored.
Your identity shapes your decisions. Your decisions shape your life. And your next chapter asks for a version of you who feels fully aligned with herself.
If you are ready to come home to her, I would love to work with you.
If something here feels familiar, you already understand why.
You do not need to push harder. You do not need to figure yourself out. You are not missing anything.
You may just be ready for a different relationship with yourself. That is where this work begins.
There is a particular quiet that arrives after you have built the life you said you wanted.
From the outside, everything works. Inside, you have quietly gone missing from it.
For a long time I had no language for that. I only knew I had become very good at functioning, and very far from myself.
From the moment I met her, I felt seen — not just as a business owner, but as a woman with a vision that deserved to be fully expressed.
Sana leads with so much heart. The care she brings to this work is unlike anything I have experienced, and it shows in every part of how she guides you.
What sets her apart is The Resonance Method — the way she weaves NLP, subconscious work, and nervous system regulation into the foundation of everything. For me, that was the missing piece. I had tried strategy before. What I had never tried was coming home to myself first. The Resonance Method gave me exactly that.
I finally have clarity on my vision. I know what I want to say, why it matters, and how to say it in a voice that actually sounds like mine. If you have been spinning your wheels wondering why the strategy is not sticking, this is why — and Sana is the one to help you find your way through.

Sana took me from having no presence on social media to one that was thriving. In the short time that we collaborated together, her passion and enthusiasm for brand startegy, her technical know-how, and her genuine interest and excitement for The Sufi Tarot helped catapult it to Number One Bestseller on Amazon – in both Canada and the US."
